Erika was born and raised in real estate.

Her journey began at just 12 years old, answering phones on weekends at her father's real estate brokerage in Denver. Erika's connection to Durango began in 1986 when she moved here to attend Fort Lewis College. It was here that she met her husband, Randy, and where they built a lifetime of memories raising their family. Since then, Durango has always felt like home.

With nearly three decades of experience, Erika has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate residential, luxury, new construction, and land transactions. She is known for listening first, communicating clearly, and helping clients make confident decisions.
