A little bit about Erika
"Every client deserves an advocate they can trust."
Erika was born and raised in real estate.
Her journey began at just 12 years old, answering phones on weekends at her father's real estate brokerage in Denver. From an early age, she learned that buying or selling a home isn't just a transaction—it's one of the most important decisions people make. That belief has guided her throughout nearly three decades of helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions.
Erika's connection to Durango began in 1986 when she moved here to attend Fort Lewis College. It was here that she met her husband, Randy, and where they built a lifetime of memories raising their family. Since then, Durango has always felt like home.
With nearly three decades of experience, Erika has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate residential, luxury, new construction, and land transactions. She is known for listening first, communicating clearly, and helping clients make confident decisions. Her knowledge of contracts, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to fairness and integrity ensure her clients feel informed, protected, and well represented every step of the way.
For Erika, trust is earned by listening carefully, communicating honestly, and always putting her clients' interests first. She believes exceptional representation means helping clients understand their options, navigate each decision with confidence, and feel supported from the first conversation through closing.
When she's away from work, you'll find Erika skiing, hiking, traveling with her family, and enjoying everything that makes Southwest Colorado such a special place to call home.
